4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
As Swadyaa products are consumable food items, they are generally non-refundable. Returns or refunds are accepted only if:

  • The product arrives physically damaged, or
  • The pouch/pack has a spillage or leakage issue upon arrival

Returns must be reported within 5 days of delivery, along with photos/video of the damaged product and packaging. Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund, processed within 5–7 business days.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, taste preference, or opened/consumed products.
